In this month’s cheese class, we will travel to the dynamic terroir of Spain.  From Menorca to La Mancha, we will explore a wide variety of cheeses and taste how the Mediterranean climate effects flavor, texture and appearance. Not only will we discover the multi-faceted qualities of Spanish cheeses, but we will also explore traditional Spanish cheese-making methods and learn a little history about how it made its way to us. Get ready to envelop yourself in quince paste, Manchego and so much more!
